What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $50 or more. The threshold is measured on your basket total including GST, which is the figure shown in the cart.

Below $50, express delivery at $27.50 is the service we offer, and the amount is shown in your basket before you pay.

Express delivery is also available as a paid upgrade at $27.50 on any order, including one that already qualifies for free delivery. You choose it in the cart.

How long it takes

Australia: 5 to 7 days. New Zealand: 5 to 7 days.

Both are on top of a 24 to 48 hour order handling and processing time, which is how long it takes us to pick and pack.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate parcels and can arrive on different days.

Where we deliver

We deliver all over Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle and Wollongong, and to New Zealand.

Every price on this store includes GST. The cart shows the GST-inclusive total, and that is the figure the free-delivery threshold is measured against.
